The stipe failed to notice that the lure had failed to move. The dogs were left in the cold freezing yet no one bothered to get them rugs? Then they were made to race.... The storm the track couldn't hold up to the dogs were OK to race in according to Mike. They were left without shelter or rugs.... Stipe Mike, was well aware....
