Making his two-turn debut in the Sham, the rail-drawn, 6-5 favorite showed the way through fractions of :23.87 and :47.94. He kicked for home in complete command, and despite racing very erratic down the stretch, had eight or nine lengths over stablemate Azul Coast (Super Saver) on the wire.
