Kopia Posted March 17, 2020 Share Posted March 17, 2020 Hot off the press, a precis of the abovenamed mare: J'Ardern, aged m Breeding by Chipontheshoulder out of Youcannotbeserious Trainer H Clarke, Mt Eden Racing- Several failures before finally winning a race under a punishing ride by WPeters 3 years ago. Has shown some promise since but continues to under achieve. Trainer reports a gear addition, hanging bit added to try and prevent severe hanging out to the left. Retirement is looming unless she shows more determination in races. Jockey Peters advised trainer that the mare seemed hesitant to come up under him at any stage of her races, failed to grab the bit. Peters adds that she seems pre occupied with trying to find mirrors etc to check herself out.
