Mikie
I have proven from my efforts in Punting Competitions on this site that I know next to nothing about picking Thoroughbreds In fact, next to nothing is probably even overstating my ability So no doubt you more knowledgable posters will correct me, but I was hugely impressed with "Baby Manaka" winning at Riccarton today Was $18 for the NZ Cup, is he a chance? Mikie
Not $18, that must have been the place price $61 I’ll get Brodie to put a grand on for me Mikie Edited October 3, 2020 by Mikie
Weasel
personally I'd rather have a grand on Communique who looks a classy stayer in the making.

No doubt you are right as my knowledge, as I admitted, is sadly lacking I did watch Communique as well who also bolted in At $61 I guess I would only have to risk $20 to be proven badly wrong! Weasel
LOL.we all get proven badly wrong very often, esp in Futures markets. I've had my eye on Communique since late last season. not sure yet that 3200m is her go, but 2400m is not a problem. Her close relatives include Cronus who won an Adelaide Cup (3200m).
