After leaning all over apprentices and young riders for years he gets charged for severely interfering with 2 riders..finally. Someone must have told Williamson that he couldn't keep warning innes...and it looks like whoever was the j.c.a at Ruakaka played a blinder giving innes nearly 3 weeks.
