R Death and P Coutts (kennel Steward) were both fined $100 under Rule 62.1(o) for negligence with an administration error. Starter D Laing was fined $125 under Rule 62.1(o) for a boxing offence" Why were the two stewards in charge not fined for this aswell? Surely one of them would have noticed? BitofaLegend Posted July 1, 2018 Author Share Posted July 1, 2018 I was also very surprised to see the meeting go ahead today. I saw several dogs slip on the racing surface throughout the day.
