Filming of Prelims on Trackside???

I lock a big % of my bets on gallops by how well I think a horse looks in the birdcage but more so on how it goes down in it's preliminary!!

Todays effort at Matamata the camera angle is TOTALLY PATHEIC!!!!!!!! 

All we get to see is the arse end of the horse disappearing into the distance!

Whoever is in charge of directing and the placing of cameras needs to be sacked!

Any idea who this person might be???

Steady on mate.

They covered it earlier in the day, weather was horrendous and unsuitable.

George is inside calling off a TV screen as the box upstairs wasn't able to be used.

Be nice to see them compulsory on every track, these days on some courses they go out the birdcage straight to the barrier, and if the gates are not along past the stands they take the short route, all you see is the arse end going in the opposite  direction, know matter where the barriers are, all punters deserve to see a preliminary, no excuse for this, and someone not doing their  job, been going on for a long time on some courses.
