Is this what preferred box draws is doing?

Boxes 1 thru 5 - 19 lifetime starts.

Box 8 (alone) - 19 lifetime starts.

Dog has won 6 races - 4/15 from middle boxes (3,4,5) - 2/32 from the outside boxes (6,7,8).

Why does this dog keep getting drawn outside?

I dont think Cambridge has preferred box draws yet and if it does, it would be c1 only.
