probably. but even combining the 2 meetings, they would have only had 75 horses total running anyway(55 tonight and 20 extras on monday),as 18 of the 38 running on monday are running tonight... how about they introduce a golden gait series at cambridge as well. We were constantly told that was a great success for auckland,so if that was actually true,then why not replicate it for cambridge?lol. -

What about the Jockeys that put the whip forward towards the face but don't touch the horse? It is sort of like when you lead a horse and when they don't go where you want them to go you put your hand up and they go straight. I'm not sure I like the whip forward. Now one thing with regard to the whip that I'd like to see really enforced is where a Jockey goes to whip their horse but clips the face of the horse improving beside them. -
WTF is Social License? Do you need one to go to the pub? -
I quite like that. The consecutive strides is a nonsense rule. I had a horse a few years ago who would sleep all day, sleep when the saddle went on, fall out of the gates, hold his position but if you didn't give him a couple of good whacks would just cruise to the line. But boy when he got the message did he put in! Washed him and he was asleep again.
