    • yip, that is partly why I put the post up...   it is especially weak for Racing History, especially around facts! partly down to the crap strategic decisions from HO around their data base...
    • Tell ya what TABman , the kiwi lass Nicole Molander was Very unlucky as far as the Interdominion goes.  She had our best trotter here in Australia , the ex-pat kiwi KEYSTONE DEL , winning between 2013 to 2018. The Interdominion Trot Series had taken a Sabatical for those very exact years !!!  Just after Marky Boy had won both the 2011 and 2012 trot Interdominion Grand Finals with I CAN DOOSIT. think Mark scared everyone to death with how good that horse was so we didn't have the race afterwards for a few years. 🤣   *Keystone Del got cold Stone ZERO from 7 starts in NZ as 4 yearold novice in 2012 , so was sent to Australia as a Dud , but Nicole fired him up and 71 career Starts for 42 Wins and a Million dollars !!  won a great Southern Star Title one year from 5 attempts at the biggest trot race there is. Guess Nicole is still working somewhere?  RONDEL the very first Interdominion winner I ever watched. live on TV in New Zealand as a school kid. Remember it very well. very plain race record horse . But the great driver winning was well worth seeing . Super Cool Wolfie 🏆 .
    • Yep sure is racing, gold definitely a safer investment, especially if you buy it at the right price, tining is everything,
    • TAB, “same ole same ole” you are correct! Before Entain came along, the NZ TAB was in trouble and needed financial assistance and people to assist to keep it going! Yes there has been a lot of money chucked into increasing stakes and bonuses for a promised 5 years. Of course this is beneficial for many, however nothing is being done to be beneficial after this 5 years period! Yes there is plenty of advertising to get new punters and owners etc. into the game but they also are turning away existing loyal customers. I am pleased that you think that they are doing a great job at the moment as well, and what they are currently doing is going to allow the once great harness industry to flourish! Brodie and most people I know are more than worried about the future despite what the media is saying! Time will tell obviously who is right and as I say more than happy to be wrong this time. Not sure how you think that there money is being spent wisely as ut just isnt’t. I do believe that the way HRNZ are spending the cash is mismanagement as no business can  operate  like this and expect to be around in the future. Good punting.
