Probably becuase the racing is a yawn Huey, I find even an addicted racing person like myself gets bored at the track. Without the booze or party there is no one there, 35-40 mins between races is FAR FAR to long, it was ok 25yrs ago but now no way. At least at an Aussie race track there is other stuff worth looking at but here there is no life and its a huge yawn fest. The time between races needs to get down to 20-25mins. Your last bit about racing returning for families will never happen again other than after Dec 25 & run till mid Jan, other than that families are too busy to spend a day being bored silly at the races. Racings dying on track because it doesnt have a heart beat, the on course information people are as boring as batshit & the other alternative is a constantly pissed looking Andre Neill.

& look Hesi, I am not trying to be an expert here & from what I can see neither is Mardi. I have some good knowledge that I can contribute here to help others as I have been helped, the thread where I have placed tips would indicate that I at least know something that works. Mardi is clearly a very knowledgeable punter & has willingly posted great stuff here, I asked Mardi for his opinion on my selections over the weekend on here & a certain looney saw that as a weakness. FFS fella's this loon has sunk to new lows in his dreamt up betting prowess. This is from a nut whom cant see past the last start of a horse and hes claiming Touch The Sky's northern form was the key for him, superior Northern form. Well the reality is there is NO WAY loon backed this horse prior to the race on that basis, firstly its last run up north was 2.5yrs ago. Here is its last 3 starts from up north. 3bk inr,4bk 800,never emerged, Handy innr,under rd tn,wknd 250m, 10th outr, never in it & its only win was you guessed it way way back in April 2015 in a low grade maiden at Ellers. Its obviously had some issues, and its gone on leaps and bounds in the South this prep. Absolutely nothing to do with its late Northern Performances which only suggested it had major injury issues. Thomass is good for a laugh on the rare occassion, but like someone said recently he is best left to sit (like an old fat uncle) in a corner pissing his pants and smelling his own farts. His ability beyond this is fairy tale.
