So many logical things are missing or hard to find. PDF was the closest thing I could find. No idea why a PDF is favoured. I'm just a customer like you

Try Racing/PDF. Once in there click on the meeting of your choice. On the right hand side of your screen you'll see Tips. Next to that open the drop down box and you'll find a number of choices including Sires, trainers etc. Hope this helps

I doubt they had anymore phone line capacity to have heaps of temporary staff. I also think the volume of calls received is considerably higher than anticipated. Who knew people might not like the new beast and/or could have problems mastering it,?

If you want to get your funds back you could try the following: 1.Go to a TAB Branch or Agency not a pubtab 2. Fill out a withdrawal slip as usual. 3. When the operator tells you the account is locked ask them to call Head Office to get it unlocked so you can make the withdrawal. They have a different number to the HelpLine number they can phone on. 4. Once they have made contact you will be asked to verify your ID with the person on the phone 5. Once this is done your account will be unlocked. Complete the withdrawal process. If it was me I would then close this account. Open a new one there and then if you so desire. I'd also wait a few days till the dust settles in Petone or otherwise it might take a bit of a wait at the TAB to make it happen. Good luck. Don't let them for you off either. This is an easy fix.

Try using your TAB login password. I'm guessing if is a similar process to funding a My Lotto account... that uses your login password as a verification.

Yes, agreed. f you drag it completely off the page, you can't get it back. A full minimise function that lets you reopen the video page from the toolbar line would be useful. Otherwise refresh or two pages it is.

I'm guessing, maybe, you might have to apply in writing to get it? Presumably they'll charge a fee (like banks) to supply it with the excuse that it takes time/effort to interrogate the old system to find it.

Exactly, I'm clicking forever to get all the info I want! At least, with the old Expanded Form I only needed to click once to expand it to see all info. for all runners on a single page. Each to their own. if you love it then that's great

Fair comment, but I''d like to think it provided enough info. to be a useful tool in a toolbox. It should be insightful enough to inform the casual punter who just wants a bit of historical info. before placing a bet. I imagine most serious/professional punters accumulate their own information/stats to inform their decision-making.

I can assure you it won't be " all good" by the weekend for me and I am not one who fears change, nor am I out of my comfort zone. I was looking forward to some real improvements so, to date, I am disappointed. I sincerely hope the TAB does listen and make improvements as time goes on. However, I certainly won't be using the new site as a racing formguide anytime soon. I hope the sports punters are happy ?

I am not struggling, I just don't like it. Personally, as I have said I find it cumbersome and hard on the eyes. Racenet and Sportsbet are using better formatting, colours and fonts, IMO . I just find it easier to source the info. I want on Racenet/Fields than I do using the new site. However, I will still bet with the NZ TAB when it suits me to do so.

Give me Sportsbet anyday over this. Just my view - each to their own

Currently withdrawing at the TAB and refunding to a bankcard using reverse EFTPOS seems to take a maximum of 24 hours (ANZ are slow) so will it still be quicker to access your funds using this method rather than the new Bank Transfer method being offered online?

I'm no expert but this worked on my android phone...Try turning device off/on, don't just restart. then use browser e.g. Google to locate TAB site. Don't use your Favourites. Also try deleting browsing history to clear the cache

Possible a cache issue? Try restarting laptop/mobile, then try again. Enter the site from your browser not from Favourites, then try to log in. Of course, if you are locked out, then you are going to have to be unlocked first ?
