Can you please give it a rest. We have trainers really struggling with metal health at the moment , concerns about what will happen with their dogs ,properties etc. With children crying saying they don’t want Xmas because they wanted to be a greyhound trainer when their older. With no communication at all from Winston or anyone from the government not knowing is putting xtra stress on them.

Thanks Charles. Eggs is a real character of dog.He’s at the vets and operated on on Monday. We all jump in and blame the track but he is the first dog I have had in 6 years to injure his hock. Personally I have no issues with the track since they have reopened last week. I wouldn’t be racing if I thought there was a real problem. Alison

If the GRNZ are so concerned about the dogs on the property,then why did they not remove the dogs that Lisa had on the GAP list. Ali

Aquaman can’t you remember Jeff Lenz was dismissed from his position , actually of that bunch Jim Leach would have been the sharpest of them all really New the racing industry which he had been involved in a good part of his working life was a shame the Greyhounds got him at the end of his working career . For me the best one the Greyhounds ever had was Ron Kilpin and his trusty side kick Josie who run the industry from that wee office in Auckland , the two of them run it but when needed Josie’s daughter came in to help out. We have been involved in this sport since 1992 and I’ve been looking back at the caliber of Chief Executive Officers that we as participants have had to suffer from what is nothing more than a total lack of ability to perform the duties that they were employed to perform. Now in 2019 one is not allowed to voice an opinion regarding the inept ability of these Brain dead individuals. Obviously silence is Bliss for the Board ,Chairman and CEO . What a list we have had to tolerate Jeff Lenz Lance Bickford Jeremy Kennerley Jim Leach Phil Holden Mario Barsi and now Glenda Hughes . All of these appointments were made by the current Boards of their time . Well that list shows those Boards of past and present wouldn’t have a fucken clue .
