The churn is self evident however there is also the factor that you can buy for 3 years at a time.

You do not seem to understand what...'churn' is...by your own figures ..churn is ..minimal.🙄

So you agree there has been churn?  I wouldn't call 20+ different owners in 6 years minimal.

You said..'It's my opinion based on observation of slot churn, who the current slot holders are and the fact that it isn't that lucrative to the horse owners unless they own the Slot.

So 6 years x 12 slots =72 divided by 20=14.4=minimal churn.

Where did I quantify the churn?  I just said based on my observations and a number of factors The Everest won't be around forever.
