We all know this trainer has been well protected by the establishment , that's open and easy for all to see.

But isn't there a stand down period for the horses a trainer trains after a DQ, this trainers horses look like they have been directly transferred into a family members name?

Does this family member train at the same property as trainer?

It's unfair for horses - and their connections - to be penalised for their trainer. Usually a transfer to another trainer is carried out.  Whether that person is a family member or otherwise,  I guess depends on who is available at short notice.

Agree. It's not the horses or owners that have offended.

That may well be the case , but several precedents have been set in the past whereby the horses were out for a period of time also.

This looks more & more like a Clayton's penalty with the transfer straight away to the brother.
