But isn't there a stand down period for the horses a trainer trains after a DQ, this trainers horses look like they have been directly transferred into a family members name? Does this family member train at the same property as trainer? Quote

Usually a transfer to another trainer is carried out. Whether that person is a family member or otherwise, I guess depends on who is available at short notice. 1 Quote

That may well be the case , but several precedents have been set in the past whereby the horses were out for a period of time also. This looks more & more like a Clayton's penalty with the transfer straight away to the brother. 1 Quote
