It is a great pathway and incentive for the younger ones to be able to work towards events like this so I hope the powers that be recognise the importance of these events for the long term sustainability of the industry. 3 1 Quote

The reality is that many Junior races would not be held if it wasn’t for females nowadays! Many occasions half the fields for junior drivers are now females and they generally do a pretty good job of it. Without female stablehands trainers days would be a lot longer. Hopefully girls will continue to come into the industry as without them it would be more of a struggle! 3 2 Quote
