Taupiri Wonder
After a stellar career over 30plus seasons,Karen Walsh has called time on her training career. Her last remaining greyhounds went out the gate of her Tirau Kennels last week, ending a highly successful association she had with owner Gary Harding and racing under The Thrilling Banner. This property & operation was one of NZ's most Premier, and it's closure a sign of what lies ahead for all fellow owners and trainers.

I think its been a long time coming even before the anouncement with them mostly selling pups the past few years. Still, she was a top conditioner of dogs. Sadly, we will probably see more of this the next year 1

An amazing trainer, that acts like a true professional and is willing to help anyone, and so humble in her career wins. Karen has always had the welfare of the dogs at heart. You would find it hard to find anyone like her. Good luck Karen. .......... 3
