I remember a few years back he was moaning that he was getting out of the harness game as no money in it, concentrate on gallops🤣🫣
goldilocks
Wonderful drive on Randel Houston P, got this troublesome trotter away slowly from the unruly, took him to the front, and set a solid tempo to keep his mind on the job. Had the race won a long way from home. Well done Wilson

Punters well on board too. against the junior Drivers Wilson was way too good. doing almost as well as Carter lately. 👍
Newmarket
And his drive in the last at Addington tonight was brilliant….horse settled 2nd when leader let Dunn go to lead. Now usually, this would be the end of the story, Dunn would slow the pace down to a walk, sprint home to win while others had no chance… Not tonight, Wilson rushed around to take lead and put pedal down….held on to win by a head, well done. I do get a bit sick of drivers sitting back letting Orange, Dunn & co dictate, so good to see this race 👍

There were a couple of races tonight where no one made a move until too late. Rush never put in the race in the Nellie Doyle race until too late. Let Blair run a slow time and sprint a 57.7 half in that one.

That was even better than his (Wilson's) win in the Juniors race a little earlier. Very impressive by young House. He's going places alright , as you suggested with this thread. getting better and better. 👍🏆
Newmarket
A few years ago, if you came off the rails and checked a horse which galloped you would be disqualified…. I like the old rule. Look at Ann Sophie in the last today, certainly caused interference when pushing out, now it seems it’s allowed.

You are allowed to push out from the 1000metre mark, which Wilson House was. It appeared that he was well and truly in the two out running line for a wee bit before the horse that got pushed out 3 wide galloped . Hard to tell from the replay I think as to why that horse galloped. There are some very odd rules in harness racing currently and has been for too long.
