Mark D
Race 1. I did exaggerate but he did whip the horse a long way out (which I thought was a no no) and also in the straight when it was well beaten
Thomass
I think it's from the 600M Mark they can do five on five off....and then anything past the 100M... They do mention stopping any undue punishment on a beaten horse...from time to time... Compared to Australia our whip rules are very open to interpretation... ...hence the constant spate of offences here
Freda
Brett has a bit of bother with this rule...he does actually ride pretty well although he is probably flattered by the opposition.
