We will never know, such is the transparency in this industry's leadership. But I doubt it.

NZTR provide the data through an API (computer to computer connection).  I do know that ENTAIN get race data from an Australian provider because NZTR's isn't good enough (or too expensive!).  

As for "transparency" do we really need to know why it was stuffed up?

Yes of course we do. Its the public's money that keeps these people going. If you want to go through life with shutters on so be it.

Yep. That's because no other live feeds cause me grief. Incidentally I don't recall live feeds being mentioned in this thread.
