They know that Steve Stockman is the one that backs them most of the time despite what they are paying! He would be better to concentrate on the racing stable bills rather than punting them! too many of them are just unbelievably too short! Tattica in the last race just run at $4??? Had no chance at winning! Iron Brigade? I had a good bet on Utah Blaze last night I thought it was way over the odds at 7.50 and looked a run short last start. But yes just like the Blair Orange horses and John Dunn horses they keep them all shorter than they should be at open. Still getting a lot of them wrong though. Quote

The Stonewall horses when they win seem to either in the trail or one one! Might end up with egg on my face but it does seem pretty much that way, doesnt it? Rocker Band should never have been favourite first up and over 2600m as it appears past its best? Quote

They only seem to win when they have an easy run they do t seem to be able to win when they have to do any work! They are short and move in Because of Steve Stockman backing them, wouldnt think too many others are! Quote

Got some dollars on the two favoured ones but only tiny amounts. Second was real short maybe cos Herlihy was driving. Thought the winner would’ve started fave. Trackside is not currently posting the bets that are going on the Stonewall horses for some reason? Good that they have only got the one North Island meeting over June and July as it makes the fields larger. To be fair though the Addington racing is just better than Auckland and Cambridge by a long way! Be interesting to see how much less the wagering on Cambridge tonight is than Addington? Quote

Stonewall have certainly got a lot of horses going around at the moment, however most went less than average last night at Addington and Cambridge. The one that did win for them last night at Cambridge, led up and walked them over 1700m so it probably should have won. Will be interesting to see how they do go over Winter, but with only one meeting in the North, they will not be that dominant as they will be racing against other good North Island trainers. Stonewall’s biggest asset is Tim Williams! Quote
