Went from a rating 45 to a rating 65 after that race...20 points.....can someone explain how this works ? And what if she'd won that race, what rating would she be on now? Ultra Posted September 28, 2019 Share Posted September 28, 2019 In simple terms, we are interested in ratings of first 3 home Riva Capri 52, Trifolium 67, Sorentina 45. Trifolium moves to 68 for her 2nd. Riva Capri, given level weights must move above - she was given 70. Sorrentina, you can roughly work on 3 points per length, give or take, so in beaten 1.4L, 65 looks appropriate. Had she won, it would depend on margin.
