BUT...he needs to be careful he doesn't lose the plot and get sidetracked like he did Wednesday... Soon after True Enough crosses the line... "AND THE BOYS GET PAID" Who the f cares? Maybe a maiden mid weak it'd be ok... But a Group 2 winner's connections now have to listen to a by line about some punting organisation winning... ...when it should ALL be about the winner and it's performance it Black Type company... Spot on. Agree he is best NZ caller but needs to inject style rather than screams into premier days. Don't know how many in the betting syndicate but it wasn't as if one person putting their own 20 gees on the line. As an aside the recent Motukarara Trials caller has considerable promise, never heard him before. Quote

Im sure Simon has maybe called a 'punter's club' bet home in a minor last race... ...but a G2 race is simply not cricket Quote
