Rangatira Posted December 20, 2019 Posted December 20, 2019 Initial Response by S Dolan Timaru HRC - Sunday, 24th November 2019 Race 9 - LASER ELECTRICAL TIMARU FILLIES & MARES MOBILE PACE TALL POPPY - trainer S Dolan was warned for being late to notify the mare would be racing with sliding blinds. Hampered by a breaking runner racing into the first bend. Paced roughly throughout. Driver M Anderson reported he did not activate the blinds due to having the field covered. When questioned regarding the improved performance, trainer S Dolan advised the mare had been treated for a corn and he had made alterations to the shoeing. He also advised he had been transporting her to Rangiora Racecourse in recent weeks for fast work on a better surface in company which had helped the mare. Re-Interview Timaru HRC - Sunday, 24th November 2019 Race 9 - LASER ELECTRICAL TIMARU FILLIES & MARES MOBILE PACE Stewards re-interviewed trainer S Dolan regarding the information that he supplied relating to the improved performance of TALL POPPY in this race. As a result of information provided by Mr Dolan and after making further enquiries, Mr Dolan was issued with an Information under Rule 1001(1)(k) in that he wilfully provided false and misleading information to the Stewards. Mr Dolan was also issued with a charge lodged under the Horse Movement Regulations. Mr Dolan admitted both charges and after considering submissions on penalty the JCA reserved their decision. 1 Quote

How much trouble does that land someone in? Who was the horse with instead? Of all the vague explanations one can give...you give a detailed false one! Quote
