Grass tracks-North Island?

I used to enjoy going to the odd harness meeting at grass tracks. Seemed to get bigger fields, better divvies cos nobody knew what was likely to happen...

So it looks like there won't be any grass meetings anymore? Is that right?  Only Auckland and Cambridge?

Yip.

They have euthanized what was a very enjoyable grass track circuit around the North Island a few years ago.

I've finally found a good reason to be in the south. Some grass track racing....apart from these stimulating cold winter nights.
