syd race 9   travancore   j.collett                             bazza         mardi any tips

Nothing here Wally. Out and about travelling.

If you can find one with blinkers on first time, with a 4kg claimer on a heavy 11 that last raced in black type finishing within 5 lengths of the winner racing in a maiden or R65 - especially if the jockey has walked the track and knows where the fast lane is. Although I doubt you'll get $10 due to all the Thomass' backing it.

You crack me up T.

Seriously you do. You are to humour as to what Gayford is to nose implants. Messy.

I can make a case for one today down South.

An eight year old no less but only had 48 lifetime starts. Good track stats, good draw, great jock and a definite anchor to my place multi.

Something smells good............oh no...........something's burning.

It's the second leg of my multi Wal.

Love the Danehill -Stravinsky cross - looks like the distance will suit - trainers are good - jock goes ok - only neg is the draw but we might get lucky.

Ripper, bonza, beauty bottler.

Money for nothing and our chips are free.

Settle Wal.

You are only as good as you're last winner ?

Funny enough I was only reading this morning about a book for blokes like me. Might have to grab a copy. May I quote.......

"Go buy a book called The Subtle Art Of Not Giving A Fuck ...by Mark Manson.....read it three times....you’ll be a far better person for it, and every time you catch yourself thinking you’re famous, important, or an elite human being, read it again."

Good on you diceman, I have much respect to anyone who takes the time to share there tips or thoughts on a race.

My absolute pleasure Tonk.

There is of course that unwritten rule, that should, God forbid, one of my thoughts actually eventually, return a dividend, by some remote and seemingly remote chance, then anyone who profits from said thought, pays the Piper, so to speak.

Are you getting my drift Tonk?

No.

Let me spell it out then for you.

I very occasionally get a result but not often. When I do you look after me, nudge nudge wink wink.

But I repeat............beware. You may go broke.

In fact, this book was written about my punting exploits.

One for longer odds, not quite $10+ but an improver is Into The Mystic at Matamata, race 7. Four runs in after a spell, the latest a good 4th after a 3rd placing at conditioning trial over hurdles. Wasn't far away for 4th, battled well and the drop back to 2000m may suit. Handles it wet. The 6yo currently at $9.30

Wally, she could be right. I like the 3yo Hunua Hank, have been watching and improved run last start. I think 1600m will suit now, only at 6s at the moment but can't be left out.

thanks ill couple them up
