Still keen myself. The three I said at the start have all been hammered. From high 40s-50s and two at 60s+, Now all under 20s.

Best Solution is 3 G1's in a row I think. All just doing enough to win. The cup is looking like a great race to me. My top selection is still Muntahaa.

Latrobe is nicely in with 52kgs as is Rostropovich with 51kg and Muntahaa 55.5kg is  right on the max weight line for me

Yucatan was impressive 

At 33 one would think Withold will have to win the Geelong Cup nicely weighted in the Melbourne Cup

The Geelong Cup looks a good race. Finche is highly regarded. May still be some attrition at the top. Some of them haven't been going that well.

I'm not one to get hung up on weight. The Europeans are used to carrying bigger weights. I think Best Solution is a little short at current odds though.  I think Yucatan is too short also.

Be interesting to see whether they accept Rostropovich for the Cox Plate.

Markets suggesting that is the plan which might mean he is doubtful for the MC?
