    • The four-year-old filly Orderandout (Order Of St George) topped the Tattersalls Online March Sale at 80,000gns on the bid of Stroud Coleman Bloodstock and Neil King. Sold as lot 13 from the Coolbawn Stables consignment, the relative of Grade 3 chase winner Village Vic (Old Vic) has been placed in one point-to-point at Lingstown. “She was second to a horse who made £400,000 at the Cheltenham Sale last week, that I actually bid on, so I knew the time of the race and the sectionals were exceptional,” said Matt Coleman. “If I couldn't get the winner, the next best thing was to buy the runner-up and I'm pleased to get her. She was closing down the winner at the line. “She was bought for a new owner at Neil King's and will make a smart bumper filly before progressing to hurdles and fences.” Dan Astbury and Ben Pauling Racing picked up Send Em Running (Motivator) (lot 8) for 74,000gns after the gelding exited the ring. The Monbeg Stables consignee placed once in a point-to-point and his dam is a half-sister to the listed-placed hurdler Santa Adelia (Smadoun).    Power Of Authority (Poet's Word) (lot 6) changed hands for 60,000gns to Hamish Macauley Bloodstock. Offered by Baltimore Stables, the four-year-old gelding has one run in a point-to-point to his credit and his granddam was third in the G3 Dawn Run Novices Chase. Of the 80 lots offered, 43 (54%) sold for a gross of 544,000gns. The average was 12,651gns and the median was 6,000gns. • The latest element of that I heard was raising the export levy, so that should help discourage a few more breeders and owners and keep the foal crop heading to a level where it matches demand.
