    • Any feedback on how the dogs now in the US are going?
    • It shouldn't make any difference what the race is.
    • Has GRNZ ended the importation of racing dogs and/or pups from Australia? Has new Govt legislation been passed banning importation? I haven't seen any notice to suggest that either have done so. GRNZ - If welfare unpins everything you do, then there's no excuse for allowing the importation of even more dogs at this point, compounding the rehoming problem. It might even pay to export any Australian owned dogs back to their owners, greatly easing the upcoming rehoming nightmare. If they don't, they'll eventually be flying even more dogs to the USA for rehoming.
    • This is a stupid conversation.  Why are you blaming the south island trainers? You all need to go and sit in on some of these meetings.  You have no idea. If NZTR are not programming suitable races what is the point trialling to be all dressed up with nowhere to go. Just like Kevin Stott said about jockeys not being listened to, do you think the trainers fare any better? Every group of administrators that come along are more stupid and more ignorant and arrogant than the last.  Freda keeps pointing out the disconnect.
