That's a very moot point regarding your entitlement under the BORA and as I said above I'm sure that Freedom of Expression covers calling anyone a "stupid prick" but that is a different Act and doesn't apply to you as an individual. If you persist in calling @hesi a stupid prick online he has every right to ask you to desist and if you fail to do so can use the HDCA to force you to desist. -

There is so little in the tote pools in most races nowadays. There is so little in the place pools now alot due to the Clowns that decided not go show the place fixed odds on Trackside!! Not sure how much is wagered on Fixed Odds rather than the tote but it has to be significantly more nowadays! The truth of the matter is that they could have even bigger turnover if they allowed punters on for what they want, but nah we only want small wagering on harness and the known losing punters! There is nothing surer than the harness industry being in doggie doo in 2 years time, snd by then they will have taken their heads out of the sand?
