Depends if it is used as a Term of Endearment or not. Where was it posted? I will point out though that your rose tinted honey glazed posts of positividdy do touch the anger nerves of people who have real skin in the game and are chipping coal at the coal face in the dark with their finger nails. You must admit you come across as an entitled individual who has links to the industry propagandists.

Acknowledgement of AUSTRAC's Statement of Claim 31 March 2025 Entain plc, the global sports betting and gaming group, acknowledges that the Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre ("AUSTRAC"), has today published its Statement of Claim as part of its civil penalty proceedings in the Federal Court of Australia against Entain Group Pty Ltd, the Group’s subsidiary in Australia (“Entain Australia”). As outlined on 16 December 2024, (https://www.entaingroup.com/news-insights/latest-news/2024/acknowledgement-of-austracs-commencement-of-civil-penalty-proceedings/), Entain notes the allegations made in relation to Entain Australia and takes them extremely seriously. The Statement of Claim published today will take some time to review and any alleged contraventions will be carefully considered. Entain has co-operated fully with AUSTRAC throughout its investigation, and in December 2022 commenced a programme of further enhancements to its anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing ("AML and CTF") systems and processes. Stella David, Interim Chief Executive of Entain, commented: “We are taking these allegations extremely seriously and continue to fully co-operate with AUSTRAC. “We also remain focused on continuing to enhance Entain Australia's AML and CTF compliance arrangements. We expect these enhancements to be fully implemented by June 2025, in line with the plan communicated to AUSTRAC. “We are committed to keeping financial crime out of gambling and continue to play our part in supporting a well-regulated and compliant sector for our customers, stakeholders and the wider community.” Enquiries: Media - Entain plc media@entaingroup.com

Some interesting bits in this report. Of course a lot less wagering information now that Entain manage that part of the business. TAB NZ Annual Report 2024.pdf

Yes in response to numerous complaints. Shame they didn't follow the lead of the likes of Matamata or Foxton who have been providing food and drinks service on trial days for decades.

How would you know there was "a bit of give" in the track? Have Ellerslie started to give full disclosure of how they measure the track rating?
-
No posts have been changed. Given the hour that you posting it would appear it was a late night at the RSA on April Fools Day.
-
Not sure what your post is about. Can I have the readers digest version?

Why?

Trentham is a Joke and the Stipes not much better.
Chief Stipe replied to Trojan's topic in Galloping Chat
I've never given up. Not in my nature. Hence this site and me saying what I think. -
Who the F is going to take over? Seriously ENTAIN understand wagering and make good coin out of it. The disconnect is with the product that we expect them to sell!!!

April Fools? -
If you are serious about making a quid on punting then you wouldn't listen to any commentator.
-
Yep that really really pisses me off. Trainers and Punters stuffed over. Then the upgrade is only ever one grade never what it should be. As for the time. WTF don't they fix the electronic timing at Trentham? 3rd world stuff. OZ the replays are up before the next and times and sectionals often as well. No wonder we need a monopoly why would OZZIES bet on our races.

Is this an April 1 joke or serious? If it's serious we negative nellies have been banging on about this for a long time. -

MEETING NEWS Friday 4 April Now Waverley Friday 4 April Now Waverley The Central meeting this Friday, 4 April will now be held at Waverley. The meeting was scheduled for Hawera, however some areas of the track have not recovered as well as hoped after recent racing. All nominations that were made for Hawera today have been transferred to Waverley with nominations open until 9am Tuesday morning. Any horse withdrawing prior to 10am will not be charged a nomination fee. It is hoped to run at Waverley again on 10 April however a final decision will be made after racing this Friday.
-
That's an ordinary response but you haven't described what you find ordinary. In my opinion it must be hard to assess a horse when you are only bought out for a big meeting and even then not every big meeting. Unless you are regularly seeing these horses you can't really assess them.
-
Did I say you couldn't criticise? I just said cut her some slack. Why does everyone get so precious about their opinions...? You've described her as "ordinary". What does that mean?
