  1. His site doesn't annoy me at all as I have great satisfaction in having saved it when it was close to falling over. What does annoy me is the owners hypocrisy over free speech, privacy and lack thereof and the fact he still owes me a shit load of money. I consider Curious aka Leggy to be one of the top contributors online even though we have disagreed often. You only need to look at the shyte the Dog serves up to him.
  2. Well at least here you can post what you want and even have a go at abusing the owner. Try that on the Comic Dogs site and see where it gets you. BTW be careful what you say over there in private messages because the aren't private from Snoopy aka Scooby.
  3. As long as you give the Comic Dog your full and undying sycophantic love. But anyway you were wrong regarding the RIB inquiry. So let's leave it at that. BTW where did you get your training to read Statutes?
  4. Ask @Turny he is the resident expert although he has been wrong so far. I doubt there will be Court Proceedings against Weatherley. If there are then the onus is on the Industry to pay his costs as a licensee. In the past with these types of racing accidents it has been determined that there is an inherent high risk of injury in the sport. Although proceedings may get hijacked by an anti-racing agenda.
  5. Too higher definition video using a content buffering provider like Cloudflare. NZ's vendor for Cloudflare is Spark - say no more. Basically the buffering is not working. All well and good providing High Definition video (demanding high speed links from racecourses) but it causes network congestion issues.
  6. But he did have a connection through Cook. One of the world's best ever sailor's and arguably the world's best cartographer. What does Taranaki mean again? That's right 'shining peak'! Of course that's a European interpretation of what was an entirely oral language. Maori didn't have a written language. That is a Pakeha construct.
  7. Why is Taranaki any better than Egmont? As far as I know there is only one volcano named Mount Egmont in the world. That's fairly unique.
  8. TAB NZ playing its cards right in recruitment campaign www.tabnz.org TAB NZ is calling on All Stars to join the team in a new “TAB All Star Draft” campaign rolling out across social media platforms over the next couple of weeks. The iconic New Zealand racing and sports wagering operation is capitalising on the resurgence of sports trading cards with a new twist on the standard recruitment campaign. TAB NZ Chief People Officer Megan Campbell says with New Zealand facing the tightest labour market in a generation, it’s vital to show a point of difference to those outstanding candidates every organisation wants to attract. “We’ve put the spotlight on just a few of our passionate team of almost 500, and they all enjoyed the opportunity to dress up for the cameras and try something very different from their day job. “There are exciting times ahead for TAB NZ and we want to show people some of the many reasons they should consider joining us.” Different generations are looking for different things in an employer, and this campaign is part of a refreshed approach from TAB NZ, which started with the ‘Consider the Odds’ campaign during the All Blacks three-test series against Ireland. The All Star Draft campaign, created in conjunction with agency Pitchblack Partners, is a series of 15 second clips, with each of the six TAB team members captured in an animated “trading card” that features their role and their job highlights. A 15 second highlight video can be found on our TAB NZ LinkedIn page.
  9. So much for the Coroner's Act @Turny!
  10. I haven't looked but is it still available online? According to @Turny it should be locked down.
  11. I thought AWT'S were going to stop abandonments?
  12. LOL - the rest of us are watching what is going to happen to Mahuta!!!
  13. Better than Trevor Mallard. Although for once you got something correct - there WAS "nothing to see here"!

  15. You've got your dates wrong. I resurrected the site around 2012 for Molloy moving it to its current platform. The breaches I observed by both owners were part of the reason I left. Have got some really interesting stories and experiences involving Molloy, Comic Dog, McAnulty, Purcell, hit men..... At least Molloy always paid me for the work I did.
  16. Geez you'd be moderated for saying that elsewhere!
  17. Bit early in the day for that Joe. Is it warm over there?
  18. For arguments sake if the RIB are going to be asked to present evidence or opinion at an inquiry won't they need to first old their own as per the rules of racing?
  19. Don't confuse being unequivocal in my opinion as being rude. What Turny is saying is wrong.
  20. Absolute rubbish. Are you a trained lawyer? Even a layman can see what you are saying is incorrect. Why weren't previous racing accidents handled this way?
  21. Rubbish. The RIB have a responsibility to complete their investigation regarding the rules of racing. No other jurisdiction has that responsibility. They're not doing their job.
  22. No wonder racing is on a slide in this country.
  23. Just pointing out your are talking bollocks. Happy for anyone to post their opinions on BOAY and am sure that they will not be in breach of the Coroner's Act. That said you have probably very effectively closed down any debate about the issue. One must question your motives to do so.
  24. Probably as the RIB still won't have done or said anything.
  25. Is that why you got the date of the Act wrong on the other site? I concur with @curious S139 or anything you have referred to DOESN'T stop the RIB from doing their job nor any forum from discussing it. Although you achieved your objective of scaring the Comic Dog into closing down the discussion. Was the RIU in breach of the Act with regard to the Ashlee Mundy case?
