A genuine HOF rider! 🎖️ All the best for what happens next. -
I suggest that you catch the video footage of the massive slip of horse coming down outside and the other horse inside reacted to that! wow!

doted I's and crossed tees... or, does the database need to have some space between places?

(from the cheap seats) I actually thought that the 'public stand' looked to well used! Wish I was their! Did find the winner of the distance maid... yee ha! Very keen now for the the G1 talking 'old school': interesting to hear comments from talking heads at the other meetings, talking about how both days being important historical days, umm! Boxing day use to be Massive at Awapuni, and that date has held its own! it will be interesting to see who gets the date next season? Wingatui, is now 'no byo', umm.. hence the crowds...

na, economic determinism will win out... -
(wearing a punters hat!) hence: the needed to recalibrate and see what possible betting options their might be! Personally, my fav race on the AU/NZ calendar would now be The Everest, reason being!! 'we' get to see so much of all the horses in the build up to the race! This year there was Massive coverage, if you wanted to find it! Sigh, now comparing how the nz 'marketers' of the nz race go about their business of propagating for the race? Down this way Etain and ODT have been working hard, not to sure how much any of the bigger media players have nowadays for things racing! as you have said, a whole new world!

How will this play out on our race courses this season? Spirits and RTD sales plummet 18% and 12.5%, industry body says S fast facts Changes to New Zealand’s drinking culture and tight economic times are having an impact on alcohol sales. Data released by Spirits New Zealand on Saturday revealed spirits and RTD sales have plummeted 18% and 12.5%. New Zealand chief executive Robert Brewer said Kiwis are not only drinking less but they’re drinking better as well. Kiwis are drinking less as changes in New Zealand’s drinking culture and tight economic times hit home, an industry body says. Data released by Spirits New Zealand on Saturday revealed spirits and RTD sales fell by 18% and 12.5% in the 12 months to October. “Volume data supplied by Customs and Statistics NZ is a primer for what is happening in-market and indicate RTD sales are down across all categories,” Spirits New Zealand chief executive Robert Brewer said. “A similar trend is starkly evident in full-strength spirits where data indicates NZ produced spirits volumes are down by 3% and imported spirits down by 19% compared with October last year.” Changes to New Zealand’s drinking culture and tight economic times are having an impact on alcohol sales. Brewer said a similar trend with beer and wine sales indicates how Kiwis are not only drinking less but tending to spend less as well. “Official statistics tell the story with the recently released annual NZ Health survey showing that not only is hazardous drinking coming down but so is drinking overall with more and more young people choosing not to drink,” he said. “This is further reinforced by Statistics NZ alcohol consumption per capita data which shows a fall of 29% since 1986.” He said the data shows that Kiwis are also drinking more responsibly. “Hazardous drinking or harmful alcohol consumption among adults over the past four years has also declined to 16.6%. In short we’re not only drinking less but we’re drinking better as well,” he said. “Add to this the reported fall in spending in hospitality venues, restaurants and bottle stores and the fall in spirits and RTD volumes should not be surprising.” Spirits New Zealand was a national trade organisation representing producers, distributors, brand owners, importers and exporters of premium spirits and spirit-based drinks. - Stuff https://www.stuff.co.nz/business/360531715/spirits-and-rtd-sales-plummet-18-and-125-industry-body-says

How do you determine who is Australia's MOST respected Stipe?
Murray Fish replied to Chief Stipe's topic in Galloping Chat
That wasn't the question though looking from a different tack, over in AU, back in a day, Big Labour Dispute, V Learned QC, he could pick which Judge via what dates He was available! and did so on this case, a choice of 30 J's he picked X and won the case, trading on X's 'bias'. With Racing (especially so here in NZ) here historically its been We are Always right! and we will change rules to prove that! and No Appeals if We say so! -
plenty of $$$ to say its a winner,,,,
