Watched an interview recently on an Australia racing show, they were interviewing Jayne Ivil. 
 

She said she wasn’t a very good apprentice rider, stated Aus probably wouldn’t have given her licence, yet NZ did. I assume that is what is happening in NZ, desperate for riders so anyone gets a licence. 

Love her honesty, she seems to know abit about racing too

Should do. Grandfather Garth was a very good trainer for many years. Dad Craig won a few too.
