Brodie
Robbie Close, is he a very underrated driver? I have Always been a bit of a fan of Robbie Close as a driver! His UDR is not as high as many others in Canterbury, but personally feel that he gives most of his drives every opportunity. Tonight at Addington he performed very well, although he was driving for top stables. Robbie has a trainers license which is great and deserves to be given more opportunities to train, however not coming from a known harness racing family would make it more difficult. A nice bloke and always media friendly, so hopefully he remains in the harness industry for many years to come! 2

But let’s not get too carried away with his win in the feature race last night. Horse outside stopped, so easily popped into one one…. You could have driven it
