Thomass
What's alarming is the apparent cosyness of the RIB and Entain after the RIB told them to stop 'deductions' What business has an integrity unit in managing the financials of an international gambling conglomerate? Did Entain inform the RIB to "brush it under the carpet John, it's a bad look for the industry/punters" Entain are not only managing the 'media narrative' but it appears they've got the RIB by the short and curlys as well?? Makes perfect sense to me. Although the RIB could have told the Harness NZ to manage the cause of the problem better. Hopefully the codes and the RIB instruct ENTAIN to do away with the stupid head-to-head bets in the interests of animal welfare and racing integrity. You'd be in favour of that wouldn't you @Thomass ?
