BS spoke a lot of sense and seems to have been busy behind the scenes with a lot of clubs, organisations, industry individuals, etc. I for one have questioned his impact but I think he has proved me wrong and that is good. He seems a balanced thinker and not scared to question traditions, but also cautious of the silly trends and ideas of previous management.
