Lo and Behold I don't get a summary but get a download of a 262 page pdf. Funnily enough, one of the changes is actually a rule saying any payment made to customers can be reversed (for any reason) without your consent and they can also issue a 'debt notice' to recover the funds if necessary so don't count on keeping that little bit of cash they might give you....
