Newmarket Posted July 13 Posted July 13 Wow, how bad can it get? This winter has seen the worst of jumping, today at Woodville the same. I’ve always like the jumpers, but on what I have seen recently, it’s only time before they ban it. Quote

By the way jumping has been driven into the ground more than flat racing because of inept industry control. 1 Quote

However the standard of jumping overall wasn't flash but I put that down to the man made erected fences and not having live brush fences. Quote

Tragedy Beat Posted July 19 Posted July 19 Woodville was an excellent day of racing. And a big crowd that created a great atmosphere. Pop along to Ellerslie and see how morbid that place is. 4 Quote
Special Agent Posted July 19 Posted July 19 I think the smaller clubs are more in touch and more innovative. Can also work with a small budget, because they've had practice. Quote
Newmarket Posted 9 hours ago Author Posted 9 hours ago Last jumping race at Te Aroha another disaster. If greyhound racing is cruel, fuck knows what you call jumping in NZ. Quote

How was it a "disaster"? You obviously know zero about horse racing or even horses for that matter. Have you ever ridden a horse in your life? Do you know what they are capable of doing physically? Suggest you take up Sports Betting. Most contact sports are cruel. Quote

Now let’s see…. Those in contact sports, I think they decide if they want to put themselves in danger or not…. nags don’t have any choice do they? Or will you disagree with this? 3 Quote
