I was thinking the best way to let the NZRB/TAB how disappointed we are in their $50,000,000.00 investment in " Dog "of a website.

They don't seem to listen to their customers.

My proposal is for everyone to withdraw all the funds in their account on the same day

Let's say Monday 18th Feb

would this work ?

Good idea but it would probably just crash the system.

I dont bet in New Zealand as i live in australia,  but i keep reading about all the dramas with your new tab betting site and it cost 50 million. Sounds like a lot of money for something that does not seem to work very well.Maybe a bit of creative accounting done by your tab head office.Has anyone ever seen any paperwork to verify what the 50 million was actually spent on?. Or is it a genuine mistake and was really only 5 million spent and the rest is to keep the racing offices afloat for another couple of years.

There would be an annual audit Shu, I'm thinking? as that's how business are run.......however, this is no ordinary business, I for one as a stakeholder would gladly contribute to a fund that puts in a forensic auditor and reports through FOI channels as to what went where......there is every chance it's all honkey dory, just total mismanagement however we as stakeholders need to know why this dog of a thing is up and running/sorry....not running? Can you tell me what the turnover is on racing [NOT SPORTS] compared to this time last year?

Take some solace.

Racing clubs around the world will come to realize that given current technology they don't need the TAB, Paddy Power, William Hill and the army of other parasites. Combining together to produce the infrastructure needed.

The middle man i.e. the TAB can be eliminated leaving just the clubs that put on the show and the punter. Its happened everywhere the middleman is getting eliminated. Wagering is no different.
