I hear what you are saying however bear in mind that it is BOAY that has to manage the complaint process when events like this happen. Such is the price of running a forum no the edge.
Yankiwi
Someone might as well make a complaint to the RIU about me.... I'm nearly always complaining about them! Edited February 4, 2019 by Yankiwi

Yankiwi
The only avenue the RIU has to pursue someone that is not an LP, is Crown Law. An entirely different set of rules & criteria for a prosecution. If a police car turns up for a chat I'll consider chatting. If the RIU caped crusaders ever turned up, they will quickly learn they are not welcome here.

Arsenic
Having looked at the highlighted incidents that Yankiwi and cichlid have shown you have to come to the conclusion that this stipe is incompent or showing favouritism towards a certain trainer. If this person was working in the everyday world of business he would be gone , incompetence is not an excuse.

You pack of weak pricks..You scream behind the scenes about how hard things are for you. You get a chance to bring things out in the open...and offer no support for those willing to try and help you. Can you not even have the guts to hit a support button for the Chief? or other posts supporting you ? I have banned future communication from most of you as you are not worth the time
Tounge Up the cheeks
Mr Godber, any chance you can get of your arse and deal to your stipes. Between Whiterod and Quirk and Wallis the evidence is all in the reports for you to see.The inconsistency is shocking with some reports being altered after being questioned and blatent charges being overlooked. You should be setting an example and if you can't we need to replace you with some one that is competent enough to handle this very important position. 3
mee2
Scotty Wallis Flys up to the C.D.for tonites meet at Wanganui, He walks to the traps along with a Security guard and the starter looking over the field of 8. Is this really called for, or is it Overkill? Whiterod in charge with Scotty in tow so tonites Report will be interesting....
Guest CrossCodes
Gazzas Girl raced without blinkers tonight, I presume it had a satisfactory trial without them prior to racing tonight as is per the rules?

Unfortunately, there is no "satisfactory trial" requirements for the removal of gear... A satisfactory trial is required for the initial application of blinkers, but not the removal. 44.15 Without limiting the provisions of this Rule, where either the gear proposed to be applied to the Greyhound is not in accordance with the Gear List, or the Trainer has not provided notice in accordance with clause 44.14, the Trainer of a Greyhound may apply to the Stewards at any time prior to the Race for approval to apply to the Greyhound gear (including gear not on the Gear List) or remove from the Greyhound gear recorded on the Gear Register. The Steward may grant approval to apply to or remove from the Greyhound the gear requested. In respect of any approval given by a Steward, the Steward will ensure that the approved gear to be applied to or removed from the Greyhound is recorded on the Gear Register and the Greyhound shall from the relevant Race have applied to or removed from it, the gear so approved. cichlid
Here we go again Mr.Godber.!! On Friday night Whiterod and a dubious vet scratched Ask King Jeff with Kennel Cough for god's sake. Whiterod 2 days later has cleared the dog free of Kennel Cough and it lines up today at Manawatu. How the hell can this happen or is it just another Whiterod / Cole sneaky.? For the vet to confirm Kennel Cough a temperature would need to have been taken and shown elevation. For a dog to have a temperature on Friday night with confirmed Kennel Cough how can it possibly be cleared today. The dog should never have been bought to the track today for the possible safety of other competing dogs and possible spreading. Now that the vets are under your control Mr.Godber why don't you deal to both the vet and Whiterod and the other vet today who is also the kennel vet for the Cole Kennel.. This is a joke and needs explaining please...
Hard Times
If you haven't written to Mike Godber directly about it what's the point of posting here? What did he say? Have you complained to Winston about the RIU? I agree with your sentiment but we're all just dogs in crates barking at passing cars by posting here. When you do contact Godber, he waits a day or two to respond to you then closes ranks (covers for those under him) and tells you don't know what you are talking about... I'm sure that I am not the only one that has email replies from him ending in "We'll have to agree to disagree". For some strange reason, I don't think I'll ever agree with ole Mike about anything. I believe in truth & integrity.
Aussie aussie aussie
Believe congrats are due to a cd trainer that bypassed all the red tape and took a club straight to court and won today, shows the rules that forbid this are out dated, this will open a massive can of worms for clubs not taking animal welfare seriously, no need for the riu or the jca,the public court is independent ...more cases will come now
Guest CrossCodes
It’s pretty clear by now that Godber, Whiterod and Wallis are more than happy to bend over and let the likes of Cole and McInerney take them up the arse, but in doing so they are also screwing the only shred of integrity the code has left. They are just wrapped around the big kennels fingers and jump when told to, pretty pathetic really.
