Murray Fish Posted January 15 Posted January 15 It will be interesting to see how many turn up on course? not the best lead in weather for a summers meeting! not the best looking weather forecasted for sat, a max of 14c with southerlies... A few interesting fields to be had! "we" will be on course, happy to take any photos if any boay'ers have anything running! I be looking forward to seeing young Jack Taplin riding for the first time! Hoping I can get a winning photo of him! Quote

Wingatui is one of the worse on a bright sunny day! as the sun is shining straight into the camera lens! so with a modern camera! a gray day is acceptable! Quote

I see that in ODT "Waldron is also looking forward to stablemate Mawkeb making her New Zealand debut in race 5 over 1200m." Why not scr now? R3 then down to 7 runners and no 3rd div? Quote

Murray Fish Posted January 18 Author Posted January 18 this photo was taken at 2.30pm.. it had built from very low numbers on course for the 1st.. a food truck and a coffee one! both having left by the time this photo was taken! not the best of weather, but most seemed to be enjoying themselves Quote
Shad Posted January 18 Posted January 18 Heck, looks like ya needed a road block outside the gates, with a de tour via the car park, certainly looks grim, thought a colleagues charge would finally break maidens, next time maybe, that over due, she'll be mildew. Quote
