Interesting Post started up by happy sunrise on harness section on great names for trotters, anyone remember any good, funny or risque names in the thoroughbred world?

2 that stand out in the thoroughbred world for me were Braless and lakanuki, I can always picture Keith haub smiling whilst calling them!

Haha, yes those two were beauties.

Although not risque,  I thought that the half brothers Pretentious and Pseudonym were particularly well named...the former by Resurgent - Pretend, the latter by We Don't Know - Pretend.

Another one around that time was Me twopas....can't  recall the two stallions who were involved though.

Lackanuki was by Lonesome Dude from Cold Shoulder

My favourite was the standardbred Colossal Dick which was by Dick Adios out of Colossal Queen. 

I recall reading a Turf Digest form guide as follows:  " Pulled hard at rear, shot around field, then faded quickly"  ?

one in Oz not long ago called Hoof Hearted.

With the young ones coming on-stream soon by Shooting To Win, I wonder if someone will name their horse GOOOAAALLL.

I read where the Indian Jockey Club allowed a horse to be named Winx.

It also states that 3/4 is as quick as it can go
