Or even a poor horse for that matter.....you could be eating grass in your own paddock when some prick will jump the fence and slaughter you for meat while your owners sleep!!... with good horses also reportedly poisened all the time so they don't start in the big races, the Mafia controlling who wins etc...no wonder the best trainers and jockeys seek refuge in the USA .......
