Same here, watched it, then stopped, BUT just watched the start back episode, as yes in Auckland. Not much to do. Think its  going on week 7 lockdown now here.

Lets give Boxseat feedback, you & me Honest John.

We please request some average trainers to be put on. Maybe like a unique story how they got involved or are doing or something. And/or also hobby trainers.

They have started a new segment where they interview a young participate each week. This weeks was C Dalgety, so thats cool.

I don’t mind Guerin. He take pride in his appearance, which is important as a host. But yeah we all have our likes & dislikes.

Some of the small guys, some of the stories are so funny. I’ve met a few I like a lot, although someone I like, someone else doesn’t.

you are right, mick dresses very smart, drives a Ferrari I’m told. I saw him at Alex park one time up there, I just don’t have time for him.

btw I  love Alex park, from the racing to bar staff, they know me, I spend a lot of time there, as I stay across the road.

cheers

Dalgety on Sugar Me

https://www.thetrots.com.au/news/articles/cran-chasing-sweet-derby-success-with-sugar-me/

Here is an Aus article & radio interview with Dalgety on Sugar Me if anyone is interested.

Think its great they are giving horse his chance.

The owner is part owner of Sweet Lou anyway, who is still seeking a NZ star, as star 2 y-o Sweet on Me retired so early.

Hope he finishes top 3 to qualify for final. So then he gets a chance at final & a chance at a better draw.

Sounds like he will be put in race & funny the driver had not heard of the horse as per the radio interview.

On the subject of cran, does anyone know why he wasn’t licensed last year? There are rumours about why, which I don’t believe btw.

Cheers

Yea heard a rumour too, nothing to do with horses. I didn’t think anything of it anyway if it was true, but everyone is different.

With A Dream a lovely poster on here, that is his trainer. WAD I think I spied your one coming up soon 😃 hehe since we are on the subject.
