Chief Stipe Posted October 17, 2021 Posted October 17, 2021 Just listening to Radley, Duciffy and Lizzie on 2KY reviewing yesterdays racing. Seems the 10,000 that were on course at Randwick yesterday were mostly under 30. They played a clip of the crowd singing that Neil Diamond Classic - Sweet Caroline. Sounded fantastic. Quote
KickintheKods Posted October 17, 2021 Posted October 17, 2021 Used to be my go to Karaoke song, and I was brilliant at it too, and only got better after every drink. I might sing it again and post a video when Chapada runs Top 4 in the CUP. Really good run yesterday and both trainer and rider were thrilled with it's effort. Quote
Chief Stipe Posted October 17, 2021 Author Posted October 17, 2021 Nothing like a mad crowd of Irish youngsters! Quote

Enough drinks you probably thought you were at the Greek singing it . " Hot August Nights " one of the great live albums of all time . Grew up listening to it because my old man loved ND , have always had the CD in my collection . 1 Quote

One of my fond memories is from 2 years ago and going to watch a Glasgow Rangers v Celtic ( old firm game ) at Ibrox , the game was average but the hour before the game was fantastic , the singing was deafening , the atmosphere , the one song that is always sung is Penny Arcade by Roy Orbison , the place was rocking , just great fun . 2 Quote
