BitofaLegend
Not even surprised. Grnz just buries its head in the sand and pretends like the industry is squeaky clean. Only a matter of time before this industry is gone.
Guest CrossCodes
Does anybody know the rule that was bought in a few years back regarding the number of races a dog is allowed within a certain time frame. There were dogs racing today, namely Amuri Ruru that we’re having there 3 to race within 5 days, and it’s due to race again Thursday, making it 4 races within a 7 day period? I was under the impression this was not allowed, or is the McInerney kennel once again exempt from following basic welfare practice?
Yankiwi
The rule as I recall it is a dog can't race on consecutive days. Speaking of the kennel, have everyone spotted this one yet? https://racingintegrityboard.org.nz/decisions/non-raceday-inquiry-written-reserved-decision-dated-23-may-2022-john-thomas-mcinerney/

The injury in question was clearly present pre-race, but because the Stipes lets the kennel away with not having to follow this rule, it was not picked up. Everybody is well aware this kennel gets special treatment, now it is confirmed by Scott Wallis that this is the case. And nobody has a problem with this? What else do they get away with from the stipes just because they have hundreds of dogs?
Honestjohn
The industry will be gone in 2years because the trainers keep shooting themselves In the foot. Hj
