Really Freda?  Seems the industry participants have been happy to take dosh from wherever they can get their hands on it.  Pokies, tax breaks, free handouts, subsidies and on and on.

That said it all pales into insignificance when compared to what another sector of society has been given.

Well Doug, It seems a few in Racing currently providing evidence in political donation trials. Which cause, those donations helped influence current Racing Act and received many millions in funding from the Government, through Provincial Growth Fund. Suppose a few in Waikato and Auckland must be geting abit nervous? . Most people love to be able get millions in Government handouts to fund business operations and pay stuff all in taxes. What make Racing so special it receives these?

"The donations lodged in the account of the company included three donations from an earlier prosecution witness, Ron Woodrow, of $9998, $4999 and $4999 between 2016 and 2017, $14,000 from Peter Kraus in 2015, a monthly $1000 from horse breeder David Ellis over 10 months in 2016-17, and $15,000 from racing figure Sir Peter Vela in March 2017."

Look, I have to be honest, Gospel's appalling grammar always makes me think he is a bit simple minded and I never take much notice at all of his postings. And yet in a recent post he claimed to have a university degree.

I assume he has English as a second language, so full credit for that, most of us on here struggle with the one language.

If he would only read over his posts before sending them to tidy up any errors he might find people take more notice of what he says.

Poor old Doug, makes out he is  big champion of Free Speech. But when reality hits, it is all about him and who pays him, from his usually sources. Perhaps, should merge the site back in with Channel X. Don't see lot difference to be fair. Can see why this site, is slowly mirroring Racing, going down the tube. Because, we have got hide our issues...

A number find it interesting you love outing people and being petty. Very strange behavior , especially on how you view the Privacy Act requirements.

Hamish you haven't changed your modus operandi in the more than 10 years you've been posting on Racing Forums.  You still haven't learnt to use grammar check either.

Not that it is any of your business but I can say that at no point in time has BOAY received any funding from anyone be they a Waikato Racing luminary or otherwise

That said if anyone wants to make a donation then I'd be more than happy to accept it providing advertising in return.

Poor old Doug, still going on about be paid wrecking ball set in by Leo to do his dirty work on Racechat. You two, still both suite each other, why don't go back on Channel X?. Considering  suppose be nothing force. You guys still worry about me like i am you're biggest threat? .Perhaps all you Racing guys, should spend all this time, clearing out you're own industry.

This court case kind shown the crocked length Racing ,go to get free handouts off the taxpayer. About time stood on its own two feet. Can see why majority of people think Racing is corrupt. With carry on like this.

Keep up breaking Privacy Act Doug, kind really showing you up, for who you really are. Good reason why so many have just left and site is ending up like Channel X.

Do you never read back over your posts and realise most don't make any sense at all?

In an attempt to be helpful, you're means you are. If you are trying to say anything other than you are you should use your.

If you want to interact with people you should make an effort to comply with normal grammatical conventions.

I suggest you try posting in your main language and leave it up to people to translate it. I'm not even sure what your main language is. It doesn't sound like any European or even Asian language as you don't make the usual errors those speakers do when writing English.
