July 19 Trials now at Foxton

 

The trials that were scheduled for Waverley on Tuesday 19 July will now be run at Foxton due to Waverley having a race-meeting added into the schedule on Thursday 28 July

Seems Waverley is in the elite group.  How many meetings shifted there and now an extra one?  Or is it a plan to squeeze as much as it can out of the lemon before composting it?

Last track standing Chief. And winter has only just started.

Foxton is in no fit state to race , would require a bit to get it up to raceday standard . Just look at the trials , 6/7 horse fields and at most trials they are heading for the middle to outside fence , imagine with 14 horse fields , another Wanganui .

Track is leased , so NZTR know there is no pesos in isolating that one.

I would love to comment on this but due to recently starting a thread on Channel X I am afraid to. My posting on Channel X has upset the Foxton Racing Club President and his wife. On arriving at the Foxton Trials on June 28th I was handed a letter from the FRC President with an ultimatum. It stated that as a member of the Club and Track user my post was unacceptable. The letter was "a first and final warning that if any repeat happens you will be banned from all grounds administered by the Foxton Racing Club." 

Free speech is alive and well in Foxton and Nomates you should keep your identity hidden if you are a local.
