Chestnut Posted September 29, 2018 Posted September 29, 2018 I think the fact that they had a good racing surface today should be celebrated given the fact that we are moaning about so many that don't. Well done Avondale 1 Quote
Kihikihi Kid Posted September 29, 2018 Posted September 29, 2018 Who gives a Fark what the stands look like , plenty in Aussie are pretty run down as well. At the end of the day , all we care about is what's happening on the track 1 Quote

The fact its racing surface is ok is neither here nor there, shut it down and distribute the money to other clubs end of story. 2 Quote

Hardly, guess you don't travel far from the black hole ... Sun shines quite brightly when you pull your head out .... Edited September 30, 2018 by Mk2_Zephyr Quote
Mk2_Zephyr Posted September 30, 2018 Posted September 30, 2018 (edited) Both car parks (east/west) were full and they reluctantly had to open the locked gates and let people park in front of the stands. The main grandstand needs a clean up, but is solid az .... In fact it wouldn't take much to turn the main stand into a great venue ... Everything is still there including bars and cans ... hesi Posted September 30, 2018 Posted September 30, 2018 If NZTR published oncourse betting figs each week as they used to, then we wouldn't have to play 'guess how many were there', we would have some data to speak with. Another black mark against you Bernard Saundry Quote
